2. They have money. So long as they trust you, you may well be able to convert them from a visitor to a customer who uses your services or products. This is the way to create potential for repeat trade.

3. They represent a segment of the population. Whatever their connections, they can be useful to you in building a better business. For example, those who own an online business can provide organic back links, those who operate blogs can bring you in as a guest writer, those who like to social bookmark can help create expert status for you, if they link to your work.

Don’t treat readers as numbers, they could be very important to the future of your business. Connect with them.
