I am the manager of our local church, which is a volunteer position to help the day to day managing of the church and make sure that the little money we have go to best serve our community. Our church has some needs which are very similar to many other places of worship and charitable organizations, and so when we looked at cutting costs so that we could best spend our cash, we found that we could save money purchasing many of the things that we needed for weekly meetings and the running of our church from a wholesale supplier.

Of course, the reason that we found out we were eligible to use a wholesale supplier was by the type words of one of our congregation. So the main thing we did was take stock of regular purchases that we made from the local store. Chiefly, the products including baby products that we purchased the most were case lots, cookies and toilet paper. We also obtained a lot of cleaning products. Of course, our cleaners did not want to change brands to inferior products so we needed to research the possibilities of what was available to see what would best suit our needs.

By the time of our next church meeting our order had shipped. I think the factor that struck us the most was that there was so much of everything! In fact, we had ordered enough to do us a month with the money we would commonly spend in two weeks. Our church has plenty of storage space so this was not a problem and we packed everything in the kitchen and organized it accordingly.

Of course, when we made the announcement of money saving to the congregation they were most excited. We have now started a charitable fund that will obtain the capital we save on our church managing costs. Although the amounts may not be huge, they do make a difference to the needy and this is certainly something we couldn’t have done if we didn’t acquire wholesale from Rhinomart.
