Foot supports such as the ASO braces are important but don’t forget that you will need to also do ankle strengthening exercises such as heel lifts and rope skipping (just to name a few). Don’t only rely on the foot supports alone for your injury prevention. This is especially true if you’re serious about your sport because once you have pulled a ligament, your ankle will never be the same again.
